Class and Trip Information

“Come Fish with Us!” Orvis – Lake Oswego – Fly Fishing 301

FF301 Class (McKenzie River)

This class is designed for the angler that is ready to take the next step after learning the fundamentals of fly fishing. We will cover everything from nymphing, dry/dropper, to throwing dries, and swinging soft hackles. I’ll sharpen your ability to read water and decode local insect life, giving you the tactical edge needed to select the right fly. This class builds confidence and gives you the knowledge you need to start tackling these rivers on your own. I will guarantee you that you will leave the river at the end of the day a much more proficient fly-fisherman.
